The 51 year old collapsed during the famous Romanian derby against Universitatea Craiova, and was taken off the field and admitted to the Floreasca Hospital in Bucharest.

Neagoe was seen to be breathing rapidly, and was given water moments before he fell unconscious in the sideline.

After revival in the ambulance and proper treatment in the hospital, Neagoe’s first concern after regaining consciousness was the score of the match, which was a 2-0 loss to their Liga 1 rivals, unfortunately.
Journalist Emanuel Roşu posted the news along with a video on his official Twitter handle @Emishor. Watch it below-
The game was halted for 15 minutes, as Dinamo fans and players were panic stricken to see their club gaffer has been suspected of suffering a cardiac arrest.
The horrific event is sure to have reminded of the tragic incident of the death of Bucharest Patrick Ekeng, the Cameroonian who passed away after suffering a heart attack back in 2016, aging just 26.
The Romanian joined the Spartans’s managerial post this June, and local newspaper Gazeta Sporturilor has reported that the manager is now in normal condition but awaiting tests.
