Virat Kohli’s team India went into the Day 2 of the 1st Test match of Border-Gavaskar Trophy at the Adelaide Oval, having the score 233-6, with Wriddhiman Saha and Ravichandran Ashwin at the crease.
After the restart of the game, the Aussie bowlers did not waste much time to take the remaining four wickets.
It took them only 22 minutes to dismiss the Indian batsmen as they put an end to the innings within 4.1 overs and India tallied 244 runs after the fall of all the wickets.

Australia collapses trailing behind India
With David Warner out of the squad, Matthew Wade and Joe Burns opened the innings for the hosts.
The Indian paceman, Jasprit Bumrah was able to make a quick impact with his lethal bowling attack and wiped off both the batsmen early in the innings.
He made the dismissals by way of leg before wicket in the successive overs and Australia went to the lunch break at 35/2.
The Indian fielders had missed out on several opportunities of taking the wickets of the Aussies after they dropped off catches on multiple occasions.
Ashwin strikes for India making crucial dismissals
The Indian ace spinner, Ravichandran Ashwin immediately struck with his first over itself. India had missed out on taking the wicket of Steve Smith after Prithvi Shaw let go a sitter.
However, Ashwin bagged the dismissal of Smith followed by Travis Head, Cameron Green and Nathan Lyon.
Marnus Labuschagne had contributed 47 runs after he survived two catches. If he had been dismissed, the hosts would have been in more trouble.
At tea break, the Aussies were 92/5. Tim Paine played responsibly tallying 73 runs on the board and looked promising on building a partnership with Labuschagne until he was dismissed.
Pacers, Jasprit Bumrah struck thrice and Umesh Yadav bagged two wickets to bundle the Aussies for 191 runs giving India a lead of 53 runs.
India started with their 2nd innings and Aussie bowlers made the openers uncomfortable right from the beginning.
Pat Cummins made the dismissal of Prithvi Shaw in the fourth over and the youngster is definitely not having a great time.
In came Jasprit Bumrah as the nightwatchman and India finished Day 2 with 9/1 score displayed on the board, having a lead of 62 runs.
