While many juggle work and training, Tawheed’s life is a perfect blend of both. As a gym owner, he spends his day building others’ strength while quietly building his own arsenal for national glory.
With the Pro Panja League evolving into a premier armwrestling platform, Tawheed is more than ready to test his mettle against the country’s best.
Q: Tawheed, you’re one of the top names in Indian armwrestling. What does competing in Season 2 of the Pro Panja League mean to you?
Tawheed Shaikh:
It means everything. Pro Panja League has given armwrestlers a stage we’ve always dreamed of. I’ve been training non-stop, balancing it with my gym duties, and I’m coming in with one goal to dominate. This season is going to be bigger, and I’m ready to bring my best version to the table.
Q: How do you balance running a gym and training at an elite level?
Tawheed:
It’s tough, no doubt. My day starts early, I train before my clients come in. I treat my own training as seriously as I treat my business. Luckily, my gym environment keeps me motivated. I’m surrounded by lifters, fighters, and athletes, it’s fuel for the fire.
Q: Any specific rival or team you’re looking forward to facing?
Tawheed:
Everyone’s a rival in this league, it’s stacked with talent. But I thrive on tough matchups. I’m not here to dodge anyone. Whoever sits across the table from me is in for a war.
Q: What’s your message to fans and young athletes watching you this season?
Tawheed:
Train hard, stay consistent, and believe in the grind. I started small just a guy passionate about strength sports. If I can make it here, so can you. And to my fans get ready, I’m going to put on a show every matchday.
As the countdown begins for Season 2 of the Pro Panja League, Tawheed Shaikh stands as a symbol of power, perseverance, and passion. With the bright lights of national television and the eyes of fans across the country on him, Tawheed isn’t just competing he’s preparing to inspire.
