The Pro Panja League Season 2 began on 5th August 2025, with 17 days of uninterrupted arm-wrestling excitement as six aggressive franchises clashed in a league-based format. The matches are telecast live each day at 7 PM IST on Sony Sports Ten 3 and can also be streamed on FanCode on Android and iOS platforms.

The rival teams—Kiraak Hyderabad, Ludhiana Lions, Mumbai Muscle, Kochi KD’s, Rohtak Rowdies, and Baroda Badshahs—are battling it out in hard-fought showdowns, with every match having under-card and main-card fights. The competition format also features a dramatic bonus challenge round to raise the stakes.

After a record-breaking Season 1, which achieved a viewing audience of more than 32 million viewers, Season 2 takes off where Season 1 left off. The 2023 winners, Kochi KD’s, return as defending champions, with stiff competition expected from the likes of Kiraak Hyderabad and Mumbai Muscle.

With 180 players from all over India competing in men’s, women’s, and specially-abled categories, the league is inclusive and competitive as never before. Emerging stars like Siddharth Malakar and Shoukath VT are winning fans with their talent and origins.

The bouts are said to run in Gwalior, a city with deep arm-wrestling roots. Media deals with Sony and FanCode provide extensive reach and accessibility, while the owners of the league—such as actor Suniel Shetty and Parvin Dabas—further fuel its popularity across the country.

As the competition intensifies, fans can look forward to nail-biting drama, rugged power, and compelling rivalries—securing Pro Panja League as India’s top arm-wrestling spectacle.
