Liverpool are on the verge of the Champions League semifinal with a comfortable victory against Porto in the Champions League. Naby Keita and Roberto Firmino scored two goals for the Reds in this match at the Anfield. The second leg of the match will take place in Portugal.

Naby Keita scored the first goal of the match at the 5th minute of the match. Roberto Firmino passed the ball towards Naby Keita and the it was a brilliant finish from Keita. Roberto Firmino scored the second goal for the Reds at the 26th minute of the match as Trent Alexander Arnold provided the ball towards Firmino. The first half ended with a scoreline of 2-0 in favour of the Reds.
In the second half of the match, Liverpool played a holding football through out the 45 minutes. Tiquinho Soares was shown an yellow card in the first half of the match. Felipe was shown yellow card in the second half of the match. Brahimi came in place of Tiquinho Soares in the second half of the match. However, it did not make any impact in the result of the match.
