Following a strong start, PBKS encountered difficulty when they played Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Bengaluru, captained by Faf du Plessis, bowled admirably to restrict Punjab to 176/6 in the opening session. With four wickets in the final over, Virat Kohli contributed to the home team’s victory with an incredible innings.
Both teams in the current IPL 2024 are coming off losses going into the match. They will therefore seek to change their luck and win the event by coming back stronger.
