2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games gold medallist Harpreet Singh bagged the top honors in the 25m centre-fire pistol event beating Poland’s Oskar Miliwek in tie-breaker. In the 10m air rifle event, Rudrankksh Patil finished second behind eventual winner Filip Nepejchal.

India didn’t bag a single medal in the men’s 10m air pistol event as Mandip Singh finished fourth. In the 25m standard air pistol event, Subash Rana clinched the silver medal losing to Poland’s Piotr Daniluk in the final round.

In the women’s 10m air pistol event, Annu Raj Singh finished eighth whereas Esha Singh couldn’t qualify for the finals, finishing tenth in the process. Annu came ever so close to clinching the bronze medal but like Mandip Singh, she too finished fourth in the 25m air pistol event.

In the 10m mixed team air rifle event, India’s Gagan Narang and Shriyanka Sadangi came second best to the Czech duo of Aneta Brabcova and Petr Nymbursky.
