Chelsea got all three points from the match against Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday in the Premier League. Pedro scored the first goal for the Blues to give them the much needed boost to stay at par with Manchester United and Arsenal in the top four race.

The Blues will now play against the weaker sides in the Premier League. So, there is a great chance for Chelsea to have an advantage over the other two teams in the top four race. Chelsea are situated at the sixth position in the League Table with 53 points in 27 matches so far. However, Tottenham Hotspur still at the third position in the Premier League with 60 points in 28 matches so far.

Tottenham Hotspur will play against Arsenal in the North London Derby in this weekend. Willy Caballero started at the Goal for Chelsea in place of Kepa Arrizabalaga in the match against Tottenham Hotspur. The Blues were able to keep a clean sheet in this match. Kieran Trippier scored an own goal which decided the fate of the game in favour of the Blues.

Tottenham Hotspur’s title hope is now over after the defeat against their London rivals as both Manchester City and Liverpool pulled off a victory in this gameweek.
