Chelsea board are unhappy with their new manager Maurizio Sarri’s game management and rigid tactics. Chelsea were beaten by Bournemouth with a margin of 4-0. It was a shocking result for the Blues and the club management should address the cause of the defeat very quickly.

The Board of Chelsea are unhappy with Maurizio Sarri for two reasons. The first reason was the absence of Callum Hudson Odoi in the starting line up of the Blues in the first half of the season. The 18 year old Chelsea youngster only started in five occasions in this season so far. The player had a great preseason. However, after that he was not considered in the starting lineup of the Blues.
As a consequence of that, Callum Hudson Odoi handed a transfer request and the Blues had to reject it. The other cause of the Board’s unhappiness towards Maurizio Sarri was criticising the players publicly. Accoding to the club management of the Blues, it will have a negative impact on the players. In the post match conference, Maurizio Sarri made it clear that it was difficult for him to motivate the players and that might be the reason of their defeat against Bournemouth in the Premier League.
