The Men In Blue registered their largest ever overseas victory in Antigua and finished the match with a day to spare. India dismissed the Windies for a paltry score in the fourth innings to get away with a victory margin of 318 runs.

After having concluded the earlier day with a healthy lead of 260, the partnership between Ajinkya Rahane and Virat Kohli was terminated quickly as the latter failed to add much to his overnight score. The vice-captain went on to get his 10th test century while Hanuma Vihari stroked his way to his fifty to extend the lead.
India concluded their second innings with a score 343-7 after the dismissal of Vihari who fell 7 short of his maiden ton. The Windies were set a mammoth target of 418.
In their pursuit of chasing the mighty target, the hosts imploded right from the start, a charged attack by the Indian pacers which included a dream spell for Jasprit Bumrah reduced them to 15-5 at the tea break.
Resistance at the end by the tail-enders extended the total to 100 after being 59-9 at one stage. Jasprit Bumrah registered a five-wicket haul while Ajinkya Rahane was adjudged as the man of the match for his twin knocks.
