According to reports, Chelsea are on the verge of making a big move for Barcelona’s Brazilian winger Philippe Coutinho.
Coutinho signed with Barcelona in January 2018 and quickly filled the void left by fellow Brazilian Neymar.
However, the former Liverpool midfielder has not been so impactful for the last few matches so far this season.

The Daily Express has reported that Chelsea are inquiring the Catalan club about the chances of bringing Coutinho to Stamford Bridge.
Per their reports, the Blues were quoted a figure of around 113.5million euros for the Brazilian, for whom Barcelona paid about 161million euros a year ago.
Rumours are circulating that the possible Champions League ban faced by Paris-Saint Germain due to their financial oddities may also force Neymar to return to Barcelona.
If that happens, then Coutinho would likely be let go by Barcelona to free up squad space and earn some considerable amount of money in the process.
Chelsea have no problem meeting the quoted transfer fee but they may face problems convincing Coutinho and his family to move to London.
