Zlatan Ibrahimovic is again on the headlines but this time not for any wonder goal. Rather, this time he elbowed one opponent player and the player will now require a surgery before making make a comeback in the field.
It was the Derby match between Los Angeles and LAFC. The heat of the match was rising because of several reasons. The star player of LAFC, Carlos Vela has proclaimed that at this moment he is the best player of Major League Soccer. Zlatan Ibrahimovic did not take this statement very easily. He has also told that Carlos Vela is now at the prime time of his career while Zlatan passed it quite a time ago.
However, Zlatan Ibrahimovic was able to prove a point with a hat-trick against Carlos Vela’s side. In the meantime he elbowed Mohamed El Mounir who will now require zygoma surgery. Mohamed El Mounir might be out of action for the next 3-4 weeks and he will have to wear a mask after returning in the field for protection.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic previously also so did the same thing with Bournemouth’s defender Mings two years back. So, elbowing the defender is not a new thing for Zlatan Ibrahimovic indeed.
