Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Virat Kohli recently organised an Instagram live session along with Puma India, where he hosted KL Rahul, Mary Kom and Pep Guardiola on Wednesday (October 14). They discuss a wide array of topics including Virat Kohli’s penchant for white shoes while playing the sport.

Meanwhile, during the live chat session with Guardiola, the coach of Manchester City FC, Virat Kohli’s RCB teammate AB de Villiers had commented. And, when the captain and de Villiers are on, how can Yuzvendra Chahal stay away from commenting? This is, however, not new as he has done it before on several occasions. Earlier in April, De Villiers and Kohli had also discussed Chahal’s behaviour on live sessions.

Chahal is also known for his witty comments on the social media and he once again showed that by trolling De Villiers for his comment on Kohli’s live session. The veteran spinner asked the swashbuckling batsman to make a team on fantasy cricket app – Dream11. With much surprise, Chahal’s comment on the live session was seen just 10 minutes before the toss of their last game against Kings XI Punjab.

However, in recent times, Kohli has opined about the rule change after the controversial incident took place in the game between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad. He said that teams should have the right to review the wide and waist-high full toss balls. During the CSK vs SRH game, the on-field umpire was on the verge of calling a delivery as the wide ball but he reversed it after seeing the reaction from the CSK captain MS Dhoni.

“As a captain, I would like to have the ability to review wide or a waist-high full-toss. Because we’ve seen historically in high profile tournaments like IPL, these small things can be a big factor. If you lose the game by a run and are not able to review that one decision, it makes a massive difference,” he said.

As far as the RCB vs KXIP game is concerned, KXIP won the nail-biting game by 8 wickets in the final ball of the game.
