The first day of the Greater Noida leg of Pro Kabaddi League season 7 saw the Up Yoddha book a place in the playoffs for the season 7 courtesy a splendid performance by Monu Goyat who was assisted by Srikanth Jadhav and captain and star defender Nitesh Kumar who completed a well compiled high-five. In the other game of the day it was GB More and Pardeep Narwal who dominated the game as the Gujarat All-rounder scored 15 points courtesy 11 raid and 4 tackle points but it was Pirates who flew high on Pardeep’s and Esmaiel’s performance as the three time champions defeated the two-time runner-ups by 6 points and gave them a chance to avoid the spot in the last 4.
Match 122: UP Yoddha vs Dabang Delhi K.C (50-33)
UP Yoddha defeated the table toppers Dabang Delhi K.C and booked a spot in the playoffs of this season of Pro Kabaddi League, it was a super 10 by Monu Goyat and a good second raiers performance by raider Srikanth Jadhav which helped the Yoddhas book a spot in the playoffs. Dabang Delhi had a chance to test their bench and the bench didn’t dissapoint them as Neeraj Narwal and Sombir played extremely well to give the management a sweet-sour headache.
Match 123: Gujarat Fortunegiants vs Patna Pirates (33-39)
The repeat of the season 5 finals saw the fortunegiants lose yet again to the pirates as the prates flew high on the performances by Mohammed Esmaiel Mogshadlou and star raider and captain Pardeep Narwal who scored 17 raid points in 24 raids. GB More of Gujarat Fortunegiants was the most successful raider and defender of the day for the two-time runner-ups.
