Will miss you everyday: Pandya brothers pen heart touching tribute to late father

Indian players – Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya have recently faced a critical situation as they lost their father Himanshu Pandya who died due to a cardiac arrest on January 16. However, the Pandya brothers never shied while talking about their father and his dedicated contribution to their cricketing careers.

It is a huge loss for them and they remembered on the times spent together too. However, after hearing the devastating news, on Saturday, Krunal Pandya, who has been leading the Baroda team in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, has left the team’s bio bubble, with the permission from the team management and the CEO as well.

Meanwhile, Krunal Pandya has shared a post on social media to pay an emotional and heartbreaking tribute to his father, Himanshu Pandya. The India all-rounder has compiled a video with many pictures of his father and the family where the Bollywood classic ‘Yaadien’ can be heard in the background.

“We are not going to be the same without you but I know you are going to look after us from up there the way you did when you were here. Thank you for teaching us so much about life. I hope we keep making you proud all the way through. I will miss you Dhosa! My hardcore old man. My Rockstar and Most of all My teacher,” he posted the video with this caption on Instagram as well.

However, not only Krunal but his younger brother Hardik Pandya had shared an emotional post on Sunday also. “You were proud of us but daddy we all are proud of the way you lived your life! As I said yesterday to you one last ride, now rest in peace my king. I will miss you everyday of my life. Love you daddddy!,” Hardik Pandya’s Instagram post read this.

As far as Pandya brothers’ cricketing career is concerned, Krunal was about to play for Baroda whereas Hardik was a part of Team India’s tour to Australia in the limited-overs series as well. He did exceptionally well and reached India after the completion of the series.
