An incredible incident happened in the match between HNK Hadjuk Split and NK Slaven Belupo in Croatian League. HNK Hadjuk Split won the match against NK Slaven Belupo by a margin of 2-0. However, the players of the opposition team will not able to forget the incident that happened in the field.
HNK Hadjuk Split were 1-0 up in the match with a goal of Jairo da Silva at the 14th minute of the match. The first half ended with a scoreline of 1-0 in favour of HNK Hadjuk Split. The real incident of the match happened at the 74th minute. NK Slaven Belupo’s players thought that they equalised the scoreline at that moment. HNK Hadjuk Split’s goalkeeper passed the ball straight towards a player of the opposition team. The goalkeeper was not in line and the player chipped the ball over the head of the goalkeeper. The goalkeeper went back to the net and the touched the ball and it hit the bar. However the goalkeeper went inside the net and an optical illusion was created.
The players of NK Slaven Belupo including the goalkeeper started celebration. However, the game continued and Josip Juranovic scored the second goal for the home side. It was a hilarious incident and the players of NK Slaven Belupo were not able to believe it at that moment.
