Tottenham Hotspur were confident enough to face Bayern Munich in their Champions League face off at their home turf, but did not expect an utter humiliation after being decimated by 7 goals!

Although Spurs forward Heung min Son opened up the scoreline in the 12th minute, Bayern fullback Joshua Kimmichnetted in the equalizer just after 3 minutes. The FC Hollywood veteran striker Robert Lewandowski gave themselves the lead in the 45th minute, as the scoreline was 2-1 at half time.
The real drama, however, kicked off in the second half, as Bayern’s winger Serge Gnabry scored an astounding four goals, all in the second half. Undoutedly this was the trurning point of the match, as Pochettino’s defence just wasn’t enough to stop the 24 year old German.
Spurs skipper Harry Kane scored from the spot for their second consolation goal, and Lewandowski completed his brace in the ending minutes.
This was Tottenham’s biggest defeat at home, and also the first English club to concede 7 goals, since they themselves lost 0-8 to another Geman side FC koln in 1995’s UEFA Intertoto Cup.
