Team India has been playing a full-fledged series against Australia where they faced a mixed result. Now they both are preparing for the much-awaited four-match Test series. India lost the three-match One Day International series by 1-2 whereas won the three-match Twenty20 International series by 2-1 and the players of the limited-overs series have returned home as well, including opener Shikhar Dhawan.

However, like many, Dhawan is quite active on social media – be it any kind of platforms – Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. He loves to share posts and keeps on entertaining his fans as well. Recently, he shared a picture on Instagram where he can be seen with his teammates Yuzvendra Chahal and Deepak Chahar. Notably, they were returning from Australia after playing the white-ball series against them.

It is also noteworthy that, Shikhar Dhawan has tasted a fair share of success in the limited-overs series. He finished the T20I series as the second-highest run-getter for the Team India after the captain Virat Kohli.

However, while coming back home, the southpaw has shared a picture with Chahal and Chahar with a funny caption. “Aankhein nikaal ke gotiyaan khelta hoon gotiyaan”, Dhawan captioned his post. Meanwhile, an Instagram user took to that opportunity and commented on the photo in Hindi: “Tatti Shakal…Tatti Gameplay?”

On the other hand, seeing the comment, Dhawan couldn’t keep himself calm and gave a befitting reply by adding: “Hanji aapke gharwale bhi yehi keh rahe they aapke baarein.”

However, before going to Australia, the swashbuckling batsman was also in a formidable form for Delhi Capitals during the 2020 edition of Indian Premier League, having amassed 618 runs in 17 games as well. He even became the first cricketer in the history of the cash-rich league to score consecutive centuries this season too.

Shikhar Dhawan will now start his preparation for the upcoming T20I and ODI series against mighty England which is all set to start from March 12, 2021, as well.
