Virat Kohli and Sunil Chhetri- the two revered captains of the country share a brotherly bonding with each other, which is very well known among India’s sports fandom. Meanwhile, Sunil Chhetri has sent Virat Kohli a gift- a pair of Puma boots, which the batsman revealed today, and also said that he has something in return for the footballer as well!
Both Kohli and Chhetri, other than leading India’s cricket and football team share a mutual respect and a loving relationship, which often puts a smile on the faces of their supporters. They are also seen spending time together even with their families, even inviting one another for dinner.

It all goes back to last week, when Virat Kohli shared a couple of stills from his RCB training session in UAE. The captain, wearing a pair of Orange and Yellow Puma spike boots, was seen practising football with his teammates as part of the drill.

On Saturday afternoon, Sunil Chhetri tweeted that he was impressed seeing Kohli wearing the boots that he sent him.
“Hey Champ @imVkohli saw you showing off football skills in these kicks that I’d sent. Hope you’re “goal-oriented” for the new season đ #[email protected]” the 36 year old striker wrote.

Soon after, Virat Kohli took to Twitter to thank Chhetri for the boots. Addressing the Bengaluru FC captain as ‘skip’ (short of skipper), Kohli tweeted a video, showing the pair of Puma spike boots he has received. Kohli also said that a return gift is also on the way for the Indian football team striker.
“Thanks for this beautiful spike, skip. I’m sending you some beauties in return. Hope you like them,” Kohli said in the clip.
