Satwik-Chirag faced off against the Chinese pair of Chen Bo Yang and Liu Yi in the final. The Indian pair ranked third in the world, showcased their superior skills and strategy, defeating their 29th-ranked opponents with a scoreline of 21-15, 21-15. The match lasted a total of 36 minutes.

The Thailand Open holds a special place in their hearts as they won their first Super 500 crown here in 2019. With 9200 ranking points from the tournament, the Indian duo is expected to regain the world No. 1 rank next week.

“Thailand Open has been a special tournament for us as we won our first Super 500 crown here and have won many more tournaments thereafter,” Satwiksairaj Rankireddy said after winning the title. “We are hoping that this victory will start another winning run for us.”
The journey to the final was equally impressive. Satwik-Chirag defeated several teams, including those from Malaysia and Chinese Taipei, without dropping a single game. Their dominant performance throughout the tournament reflected their excellent form and synergy on the court.
