The Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar was seen in Gulmarg, Kashmir on Thursday, playing cricket along with the locals. Sachin posted this video on his X account, where he played beautiful drives and leg glances as he reminded his batting brilliance back in those days.
Indicating it as the last bowl of the day, Sachin inverted his bat and played an eye-pleasing drive with the bat handle.
Sachin is currently on vacation in the scenic snow-covered Kashmir region. He also visited the Kashmir Willow factory on Wednesday where he praised the manufacturers for the quality of bats and spent considerable time giving them valuable inputs.

Sachin Tendulkar in Kashmir
On Wednesday, Sachin paid a visit to the Aman Setu bridge, marking the final frontier on the Line of Control in the Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir. During his hour-long visit, Tendulkar engaged in conversation with soldiers stationed at the Kaman Post, adjacent to Aman Setu.
Sachin then visited a local bat factory, where he reminisced about his first Kashmir willow bat, a gift from his sister, highlighting the deep personal connections that cricket fosters. His visit to the MJ Sports Bat Factory underscored the rich cricketing heritage of Kashmir and the timeless appeal of traditional cricketing equipment.
The first bat given to me was by my sister and it was a Kashmir willow bat. Ab main yahan hoon to Kashmir willow ko to milna banta hai! 🏏
P.S: An interesting fact; some of my favourite bats had only about 5-6 grains. How many grains do your bats have? pic.twitter.com/SMI7bFevCW
