Rohit Sharma reveals his mentality when he goes out to bat for India


The Indian limited overs vice-captain and leading run scorer in the recently concluded World Cup Rohit Sharma tweeted “I don’t just walk out for my team.I walk out for my Country.”

Ahead of the Indian team’s departure to the United States for the tour of West Indies, the India captain Virat Kohli rubbished the rumors of any rift between him and the vice captain saying “people are feeding lies and are being disrespectful to the players personal lives.”

Coach Ravi Shastri who has been given a 45-day extension until the Caribbean tour also rubbished the fact of both India’s premier batsmen having any rifts between them.

Kohli had said in the press conference before leaving for the United States ” In my opinion, its baffling. Its absolutely ridiculous to read such kinds of stuff. Here I go to some functions and they appreciate us and here we are feeding on lives,overlooking facts and creating fantasies, we need to accept the truth.”

India’s ouster in the Semi-finals of the recently concluded Cricket World Cup led to the rise of such facts of rift between Kohli and Virat.
