Following Virat Kohli’s row with a fan recently on social media, India’s test spinner Ravichandran Ashwin decided to break the silence and give it back to a fan on twitter.
Ashwin, who was following India’s 1st T20 vs Australia was happy to see the long boundaries in Gabba and decided to tweet it. “The boundary sizes in Australia Phew — is a delight for the bowlers. #AUSvIND,” he wrote.

Ashwin, instead of just ignoring his comment decided to come up with the actual stats and defend himself. “2 for 26, 1 for 27 and 1 for 37 in the 3-0 win last series. Thanks buddy,” Ashwin wrote suggesting that he was instrumental in the series triumph 2 years back.

The fans didn’t seem to end the debate as another one decided to poke him, asking for the number of wickets he had in tests at Australia. “How many wickets in test vs Australia in Australia buddy?”, another Twitter user replied.

Hitting back at him too, Ashwin posted a tweet saying he had the records and asked the user himself to check them out on Google. “I am the one whose got the records, please go and take a look. I can’t Google and find you,” his reply read.
