With just a couple of weeks left for the 1000th episode of Smackdown, WWE recently announced that Evolution will reunite on October 16 in Washington D.C. for the first time in four years.
Meanwhile, Batista took to the Twitter to reveal that WWE hadn’t invited him for the milestone episode but clarified that he will be making an appearance in his hometown.

During his singles career, Batista was one of the cornerstones of the Smackdown brand in the Ruthless Aggression Era. The 49-year-old amassed four WWE World Heavyweight titles, a tag team championship with Rey Mysterio and won his maiden Royal Rumble in 2005.
Similarly, on the mic, Batista has not been shy of taking shots or calling out his fellow competitors. In his last stint, The Animal cut one of his best promos when he took an aim at Daniel Bryan’s fans and questioned the WWE Universe, “Where are all the real men? What happened to the ATTITUDE?”
