Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is all set to make a push for a Real Madrid move. But it all depends on his current club lowering his valuation.
Manchester United’s 1-1 draw vs Huddersfield Town in the weekend ensured that the club will have to settle for Europa League for the upcoming season. This has now prompted their star midfielder Paul Pogba to make a push towards his dream move.
Earlier in the season, it was said that Paul Pogba had Real Madrid as one of his destinations in the future. But with Manchester United failing to qualify or UCL, Pogba could well make his move in the coming summer.
But in order for him to do so, he would need his current club to lower his valuation. Manchester United are currently willing to listen to offers that are around the £160m mark but Real Madrid will not be looking to spend that much.
It is to be noted that the Frenchmen wanted to make a move to Barcelona eariler this season having fallen out with the club’s ex manager Jose Mourinho. Club’s Vice Chairman Ed Woodward then refused to sell the player.
Real Madrid, managed by Zidane are currently being linked to a vast array of players having gone the season trophyless. With Pogba being one of them, the other players in their radar include the likes of Eden Hazard, Christian Eriksen and Neymar Jr.
