The last day of the Delhi leg of the Pro Kabaddi League season 7 saw the Dabang Delhi maintain a 100% record at home after they defeated Patna Pirates. Pardeep Narwal’s heroics went in vain as a complete Dabang Delhi attacked on Pirates on all fronts. It was a Manjeet and Nitin Tomar show which helped the Paltans defeat the Telugu Titans. C.Arun played well to complete six tackle points but that was not enough to win the game for the Telugu Titans.
Match 65: Telugu Titans vs Puneri Paltans (27-34)
Performances by the young raider Manjeet and veteran Nitin Tomar helped the Paltans get back to winning ways. Defenders Amit Kumar and Shubham Shinde played their part in order to defeat the Telugu Titans . The silver lining for the Titans was the performance of defenders C.Arun and star defender Vishal Bharadwaj.
Match 66: Dabang Delhi K.C vs Patna Pirates (38-35)
Dabang Delhi’s home leg was no less than perfect with them defeating the Patna Pirates in the last game of the Delhi Leg. It was yet another Naveen Kumar show who was very well complemented by defender Ravinder Pahal and raider Chandran Ranjith who has played the perfect second fiddle to Naveen Kumar. The over dependence on Pardeep Narwal wasn’t fruitful for the Patna Pirates as it didn’t help the three-time champions to win a game in the last 5 games.
The PKL caravan wll now move to Bangalore as Bulls will take on Fortunegiants and U Mumba will take on Jaipur Pink Panthers.
