Neymar Jr – the present center of controversy in the French capital has been facing slack from pundits and players all over, but has seen some people taking in his favour, from former national team coach Dunga, to the very recent morale boost from Moussa Diaby, his ex-teammate.

The 27-year old has been all over the news on his ongoing struggle to leave Paris Saint Germain and return to Camp Nou. Incidents such as texts to his former Camp Nou teammates to even asking his father to “Take me back to Barça” has made the Samba talisman a topic of mar to the Football media.
However, Moussa Diaby has come forward in support of Neymar’s actions.
In an interview with Goal.com, the 20-year old’s opinions about the PSG Forward has been all positive.
“I met Neymar as a normal guy. He did not show any celebrity and did not want to kick every ball on the pitch. He sometimes gave tips to young players.”
“You can see he’s got a lot of experience, but he treated everyone the same way. Nobody had a problem with him.”
“I do not think that he has become another person on the pitch. Of course, a lot is spoken and written about him, but there is always a part of it that’s a lot of nonsense.”
“How can you judge him as a person if you only see from the outside?” the Bayer Leverkusen winger added.
