Despite this, the Mavericks slipped to a 123-120 loss to the Toronto Raptors. Kawhi Leonard scored 33 for Toronto.
Montrezl Harrell dropped 25 points off the bench for the Clippers as they beat the Kings 122-108. The Cavaliers claimed a rare win, as they defeated the Bulls 104-101 in Chicago.
Paul George scored 36 points as the Thunder defeated the Bucks 118-112. George’s late dunk on Giannis wrapped off the win, rounding off a great week for the All-Star starter.

James Harden dropped 40 points as the Houston Rockets rolled to a 103-98 win over the Orlando Magic. Chris Paul made his return from injury for the Rockets, and he scored 12 points.
Despite DeMar DeRozan’s absence, the San Antonio Spurs comfortably beat the Washington Wizards 132-119. Seven players were in double figures for Spurs on the night. Aided by some superb shooting, the Jazz defeated the Timberwolves 125-111 in Minnesota.
The Heat staged a comeback to beat the Knicks at MSG, a game in which they dominated the third quarter 29-12. Brandon Ingram’s 22 led the Lakers to the win over the Suns, even though they were without LeBron James, Lonzo Ball, and Kyle Kuzma.
