He seems to do it every game, doesn’t he? Russell Westbrook recorded yet another triple-double as the Oklahoma City Thunder claimed 123-114 win over the Portland Trail Blazers. The point guard had 29 points, 14 assists, and 10 rebounds, and teammate Paul George top-scored with 36 points. Damian Lillard and C. J. McCollum scored 34 and 31 points respectively for the Blazers, but it was in vain.
Kawhi Leonard did not play for the Raptors, but they won anyway. Toronto defeated the Sacramento Kings 120-105 in their encounter at the Scotiabank Arena. Kyle Lowry and Fred VanVleet had 19 points apiece for the Raptors, and Pascal Siakam was close behind with 18 points. Marvin Bagley III had 22 points and 11 rebounds for the Kings.
The Dallas Mavericks won as well, by a scoreline against the Los Angeles Clippers. The home support was one fan short, as the fan who heckled Patrick Beverley earlier in the season was banned from the arena. Harrison Barnes top-scored for the Mavs with 20 points and DeAndre Jordan had 13 points and 16 rebounds against his former team.
Karl-Anthony Towns had 25 points, 18 rebounds, and 7 assists and led the Timberwolves to a 118-91 win over the Suns. Josh Jackson’s 27 points were in vain for Phoenix.
