“It’s about damn time I made one of those,” Rose said after the match. The guard scored 31 points in the game, out of which 29 came in the second half. Karl-Anthony Towns added 30 points for Minnesota, whereas Devin Booker top-scored for the Suns with 18 points.

The Indian Pacers were the biggest winners of the day, as they beat the Charlotte Hornets 120-95. It was a team performance from Indiana, as all of Victor Oladipo, Darren Collison, Bojan Bogdanovic, Domantas Sabonis, and Tyreke Evans scored more than 13 points. Kemba Walker scored 23 for the Hornets, but it was not enough in the end. The Pacers consolidated their third position in the east with this win.
