The World Cup-winning skipper MS Dhoni is set to make his debut in the infotainment world with his sci-fi graphic novel ‘Atharva.’ He recently took to his social media and unveiled his look.
MS Dhoni reveals his first look in ‘Atharva’
The former Indian skipper took to his Facebook to announce his upcoming sci-fi novel where he is playing the lead role. In the graphic novel ‘Atharva’, Dhoni can be seen fighting with devils in his animated look. He captioned his FB posts as, “Happy to announce my new avatar, Atharva.”
The eagle-eyed fans are now excited to watch the legendary cricketer in a whole new avatar. We will see how he performs in this new role. MS Dhoni is all set to sport the yellow jersey once again in IPL 2022. This year’s edition is likely to get underway during the last week of March and its mega auction set for 12-13 February in Bangalore.
Dhoni will lead his Chennai Super Kings(CSK) side and defend their title as they lifted the trophy last year. It marked the fourth time for the yellow outfit as they got the better of Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR).
There had been speculations regarding the host of IPL this year. But, BCCI President Sourav Ganguly stated that India will host the 15th edition of the cash-rich tournament. The last two seasons was majorly played in the UAE due to the outbreak of COVID-19 cases in bio-bubble. South Africa were also in contention to host the 2022 IPL, but ultimately the organizers have decided to hold the fixtures in India across limited venues.
