Notorious agent Mino Raiola is demanding a shocking 20 percent agent fee for De Ligt’s move to Real Madrid while the norms in football transfer usually see agent’s getting around 5 to 10 percent cuts. This demand has delayed the talks but it is believed that 70M Euros have been agreed as the transfer fee to be paid to Ajax by FCB.
Ajax and Netherlands captain De Ligt is being courted by multiple European super-clubs like Barcelona , Juventus , Manchester United, Liverpool and Bayern. Reports say that the dutchman declined aa 280,000 Euros a week wage by United.
“I think these will be De Ligt’s final games with Ajax,” Ajax chief executive Edwin Van der Sar said after their defeat to Tottenham in the Champions League. “I think he’ll go to England or Spain.”
De Ligt has been an integral part of Ajax’s run to the Champions League semi-finals, scoring against Juventus and Tottenham in the knockout stages.
