The club management of Valencia confirmed that the loan deal of Michy Batshuayi had been cut short. Therefore, the Belgian centre forward will return to Stamford Bridge within few days. According to the reports, he might again be loaned out to some other club for the rest of the season as the Belgian centre forward is still not in the plan of Maurizio Sarri.
However, the Blues are going to sign a new centre forward in the winter transfer window. Both Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud might leave Stamford Bridge in the middle of the season. According to recent rumours, Atletico Madrid are interested to buy Alvaro Morata while Olivier Giroud is on his way to Marsellie.
In this situation, the Blues are in desperate need of a good centre forward. If the club management fail to bring any striker in the winter transfer window, Michy Batshuayi can be a good option for them to use. Though, it is seeming that Chelsea are close to sign either Gonzalo Higuain or Callum Wilson in this transfer window.
When, Maurizio Sarri was asked about the inclusion of Michy Batshuayi, he clarified that he had already told his decision about the player to the club management.
