The squads for the Duleep Trophy which features India Blue, India Green and India Red was announced today and immediately after the squads were revealed, Bengal batsmen Manoj Tiwary took to twitter to blast the selectors for omitting his name.

Tiwary’s initial tweet saw him post a question to the selectors asking them the criteria for making it into the squad. His rant did not stop there as Tiwary went on to humiliate the selectors by stating some concrete facts.

Tiwary went on to say that despite scoring an abundance of runs in Vijay Hazare Trophy and Deodhar Trophy his name was overlooked and he wasn’t provided with the rightful justification for the same.

Not stopping there, Tiwary also went on to take a sly dig at the selectors for choosing players from the newly included teams like Sikkim, Arunachal and Nagaland.

It is to be noted that Tiwary’s last ODI for India dates back to 2015. Also he did not feature in this year’s IPL after being omitted in the auctions.
