Real Madrid are eager to bring Paul Pogba to Santiago Bernabéu this summer, but they must break the Spanish transfer record and pay around €180 million to convince Manchester United to release their starman, according to Spanish media outlet Marca.

After the Frenchman’sagent Mino Raiola stirred up rumors about the player wanting to leave Old Trafford, several European elites came forward with offers.
According to French newspaper L’Equipe, Los Blancos prepared to shell out a hefty €120 million for the 26-year old. Serie A champions Juventus were also in the line to get their former midfielder back at Turin.
However, Ole Gunnar Solskjær has claimed that they are yet to receive a bid for Pogba. The 48-year old Norwegian even offered the player a ‘loyalty’ bonus of £3.78 million to convince him to stay at the Theater of Dreams.
Galactico boss Zidane is a well known admirer of Pogba, and has reportedly urged the Madrid officials to secure his fellow countryman this window. Although, Solskjær is likely to retain Pogba unless they find a worthy replacement.
The Red Devils are shaking up their lineup this year with new signings such as Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James from Crystal Palace and Swansea, respectively.
