Mohamed Salah doubled the margin for the Reds at the 65th minute of the match. Porto scored their first goal of the tie at the 68th minute of the match. Eder Militao netted one for the home side and the ball was provided by Alex Telles.

However, Roberto Firmino came in the second half of the match and scored the third goal of the Reds. Jordan Henderson provided the ball towards him. Virgil Van Dijk sealed the win for Liverpool with a goal at the 84th minute of the match. Liverpool will now face Barcelona in the semifinal of the Champions League this season.
