EA Sports have been excluded from having the rights to use the Italian champions’ club name, jersey or stadium in FIFA 20, as Konami have secured the exclusive rights to Juventus in Pro Evolution Soccer.

The new name for the Serie A giants to be used in FIFA 20 is based on a former Italian club named Piemonte FC, which used to compete in Prima Categoria, a very early version of the modern Serie A.

However, EA has retained the rights to all of the players, along with real-world live ratings and updates.
On the other side, Konami have secured a three-year long deal with Juventus, along with club superstar Miralem Pjanić as the official ambassador for PES 20, which will be officially known as eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2020.
Konami will also have a full-body 3D scan for all the players of The Old Lady, to recreate their likeness in the game accurately.

In the earlier version of the games, such as in PES 2019, Juventus were named as “PM Black White”, as the Japanese developers never opted to get exclusive license for their games in past.
Konami’s Senior Director Jonas Lygaard was quoted saying: “Our comprehensive partnership with Juventus FC, one of the greatest teams in the world, is a clear statement of intent for eFootball PES 2020 – the only console game where you can play as the Italian giants.”
