From June 17 to July 16, Sri Lanka will host Bangladesh in a multi-format bilateral series. Two Test matches will open the series, followed by three Twenty20 Internationals and three One-Day Internationals.

The first Test will begin on June 17 in Galle, and the second and final Test will begin on June 25 at the Sinhalese Sports Club in Colombo. Additionally, Sri Lanka has never lost a Test series to Bangladesh in their history, and the visitors will be coming off a 1-1 draw with Zimbabwe in April.

With all three ODIs slated as day-night matches, the emphasis will then switch to the white-ball formats. The R Premadasa Stadium will host the first two matches, while Pallekele will host the third ODI. Before playing the second and third T20I matches in Dambulla and Colombo, respectively, the sides will remain there to play the first match.

On June 13, Bangladesh is expected to land in Sri Lanka.
