Jatish Mahajan reveals he has taken his training to the next level for the first season of Pro Panja League

Jatish Mahajan is one of the top Armwrestlers in India and he was placed in the top 18 rank at the Pro Panja League ranking tournament which took place in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh a year ago. Since then Jatish has been on a roll and he has been winning medals in every single competition he has participated in since. Even at the recently concluded Nationals which took place at the GLA university in Mathura, Jatish Mahajan secured a Bronze medal in the 60 kg category.

Ahead of the inaugural season of Pro Panja League, the sportsindiashow.com had the opportunity to chat with Jatish Mahajan to know about his training regimen.

How is your training going?

My training is going very good. I have doing heavy arm workout 3 days a week and I devote 2 days for table practise and then the rest to body weight workout.

How excited are you for the league?

I am very much excited for the League. I am going to be on TV and my fans can watch be perform live.

What are your improvements since Gwalior?

Since the League was announced I have participated in four tournaments sand have gold in all of them. I have been sparring a lot and doing table practise and also pulling with senior athletes from Delhi and Haryana.
