An utter one-sided affair brought down a 4-0 rout of Kerala Basters as Hyderbad FC walked all over them at Tilak Maidan.

Superb brace from Sanzada decorates Hyderbad’s demolition of Kerala

After a goalless first half, the match completely went out of Kerala’s clutch in the second half, starting with Francisco Sandaza’s opening strike at 58th minute, receiving a surgical pass from Joel Chianese inside the box.

Within five minutes, Hyderbad were awarded a penalty kick after Albino Gomes brough down Sanzada in the box. The Spaniard made no mistake from the spot and Hyderabad were now on a two goal lead.

Hyderbad’s third strike of the eve came in the 86th minute, as Aridane Santana in the open remarkably headed in Sastre’s set piece. However, the scoring hadn’t stopped just yet.

The fourth nail in Kerala’s coffin came in stoppage time, Sastre with the ball once again targeted Santana’s head, who sent it across the goal right before a watchful Joao Victor, who headed it past Gomes into the net in the 91st minute.
