The legendary Indian batsman Sachin Tendulkar shared his thoughts on Royal Challengers Bangalore ace batter Virat Kohli, who showcased an incredible performance against SunRisers Hyderabad on Thursday night. Fans loved what they saw. Kohli emerged with a magnificent century which marked his sixth in the IPL career.
He scored the century off just 62 balls to equal West Indies great Chris Gayle’s feat of most number of tons in the premier T20 competition. Against SRH, Kohli was at his aggressive best right from the go. Sachin Tendulkar was certainly impressed with masterclass of a performance.

Taking to his Twitter account, Sachin Tendulkar posted a picture of Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis and wrote the following in the caption:
“It was evident that this would be Virat’s day from the very first ball when he played that cover drive.
Virat and Faf both looked in total control, they not only played many big shots but also ran rather well between the wickets to build a successful partnership.

This was also the first time in IPL history that a century was scored in both innings in an IPL match. Earlier, Heinrich Klaasen hit a ton for SRH to help his team set a 187-run target for RCB.
Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) emerged victorious by beating Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by 8 wickets in Match 65 of IPL 2023, at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Thursday.
After winning the toss, SRH were asked to bat. Heinrich Klaasen slammed his maiden IPL century to power SRH to a total of 186/5. Klaasen slammed 104 off just 51 balls with the help of eight fours and six sixes. Michael Bracewell struck twice in the fourth over of the innings to dismiss both Abhishek Sharma and Rahul Tripathi. A useful cameo by Harry Brook helped the SRH to get to a fighting total.
Chasing a target of 187, Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis put Royal Challengers Bangalore in a commanding position. Kohli slammed a record-breaking sixth IPL century before falling on the very next ball. Faf played a magnificent knock of 71 runs off 48 balls. The incredible partnership between the two were enough to beat the Orange Army.
