Fans are eagerly waiting for Indian Premier League(IPL) 2023 auction which is set to take place on December 23. The franchises have released their list of retained players and released some players to free up their slots. Some big names released by IPL teams were Kieron Pollard by Mumbai Indians, Kane Williamson and Nicholas Pooran by SunRisers Hyderabad, Dwayne Bravo by Chennai Super Kings, and Mayank Agrawal by Punjab Kings. 

After the player retention deadline day, SRH were left with the biggest salary purse while Rajasthan Royals have the lowest money to do business in the IPL auction 2023.
