Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will renew their rivalry at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai. The last time these two met, SRH bowled out RCB for the lowest score in this season.
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB)
After a string of losses, RCB finally came back with a strong win over CSK in their last game. They are fighting a lot of teams for the playoffs berth. Hence, this game becomes crucial for them. Their team has an excellent balance with a lot of match-winners and Indian domestic players.
But the form of Kohli has been an elephant in the room. He hasn’t been able to find his touch. Also, skipper Faf Du Plessis has not been able to show consistency this season. RCB has a solid middle-order that has bailed them out of trouble plenty of times this season.
Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH)
SRH is in a similar position to RCB. They are currently battling it out for the qualification in the playoffs. But after five consecutive victories, SRH has lost three consecutive games which have dented their chances.
Their bowling, which has been their strong point, has been leaking runs for a few games now. On the other hand, only a handful of batters are scoring runs consistently for them. Also, the poor form of Kane Williamson isn’t helping their cause either.
WAGING ODDS: RCB (1.83) VS SRH (2.00)
RCB are the favorites and are priced at 1.83, meaning if you bet ₹100 on them and if they win the match, you’ll be making ₹183.
SRH are underdogs and are priced at 2.00 meaning if you bet ₹100 on them and if they win the match, you’ll be making ₹200.
If RCB manages to keep out the threat of Abhishek, Pooran, and Markram, they will be able to keep SRH’s total to a minimum and have a great chance at scoring a crucial win.
