The IPL 2020 season, the 13th edition of the cash-rich cricket league has its 16th match on 3rd October when Delhi Capitals will take on Kolkata Knight Riders at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
Delhi Capitals’ win streak was broken in their last match against Sunrisers on Tuesday. Except for Dhawan and Pant, the DC batting order did not put up substantial scores, except some quick hits from Heytmer and Rabada, the latter who also shined in the bowling department, picking two scalps on a 5.25 economy rate.
Veteran spinner Amit Mishra secured two wickets, while the other bowlers went without picking any, including Nortje and Ishant Sharma.
Full Squad: Shreyas Iyer (c), Ravichandran Ashwin, Prithvi Shaw, Shikhar Dhawan, Ajinkya Rahane, Rishabh Pant (wk), Shimron Hetmyer, Marcus Stoinis, Daniel Sams, Lalit Yadav, Keemo Paul, Alex Carey (wk), Amit Mishra, Sandeep Lamichhane, Axar Patel, Kagiso Rabada, Avesh Khan, Harshal Patel, Ishant Sharma, Mohit Sharma, Tushar Deshpande, Anrich Nortje.

Kolkata Knight Riders have found their pace with back to back wins in their last two games. On Wednesday, they snatched a stunning 37 run win against the 200+ scoring Rajasthan Royals with a superb defence from the bowlers.
KKR opener Shubman Gill has been in impressive form, along with Eoin Morgan in the middle. The hard-hitting Andre Russell has also started to play his natural game, smashing 3 sixes in the last match. Shivam Mavi has made a mark in bowling along with Nagarkoti and Chakravarti, all picking 2 scalps each with economic bowling.

Waging odds: Delhi Capitals (1.80) vs Kolkata Knight Riders (2.00)
Delhi Capitals are the waging favourites and are priced at 1.80, meaning if you bet ₹100 on them and if they win the match, you’ll be making ₹180.
Kolkata Knight Riders are priced at 2.00 and are the underdogs. Betting ₹100 on them will earn you ₹200 if they come out as winners.
KKR has its batting squad set with Gill in the opening, along with the support from Morgan and Russell in the middle order. However, the skipper Dinesh Karthik needs to score more runs along with Narine in the opening. Mavi has been stellar for them this season and will lead the bowling attack along with Nagarkoti and Chakravarti to restrict the opposition batsmen.
Having dropped from the top spot on the table, DC will fight back hard to win two more points against KKR. The Dhawan-Shaw duo in the opening can hit big knocks, along with the support from Stoinis and Heytmer in the middle, while their bowling squad led by Rabada and Ishant will strive to be economical. It will be a victory for Delhi Capitals.
