Indian Cricket Team’s Pre-World Cup Schedule

India is all set to take the flight to England today, and they will have a considerable number of days in the host nation before they square off against South Africa on the 5th of June. However, the Men in Blue will have their hands full before they start their cricketing endeavour with several photo-shoots, workshops conducted by the ICC, meeting the Queen and many more.

The following is the schedule for the Indian Cricket Team before the kick-start their campaign in pursuit of the World Cup.

MAY 22: The team will depart from Mumbai for London

May 24: Training session at the Oval, post which all the captains will assemble for a media interaction along with ICC Anti-Corruption and Anti-Dopping Workshops.

May 25: Warm-up Match vs New Zealand

May 26: Team travels to Cardiff by road

May 27: Practice session followed by a press conference and a team meeting.

May 28: Warm-up Match vs Bangladesh

May 29: Virat Kohli will travel to the Buckingham Palace along with all the captains to meet the queen. While the team will travel to Southhampton

May 30: Rest Day

May 31: Pre-World Cup Training and Practice session followed by a press conference
