The Men In Blue pulled out yet another chase exceeding 300 with the help of tons from Indian captain Virat Kohli and deputy Rohit Sharma.
Walking in at a precarious situation of 10-1 after the dismissal of Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli settled down and got into his rhythm with Sharma doing the same at the other end.
The 30-year-old brought up his 36th ODI hundred off 88 balls while the Mumbai Indians skipper notched up his 20th ODI century.
While Kohli was dismissed for 140 by Bishoo, Sharma stayed till the end remaining unbeaten on 152. Here’s how Twitter reacted to the Rohit-Kohli show.

8th century by Virat Kohli while chasing 300plus in ODIs. By far the most by any batsman – four more than the next best Kumar Sangakkara. #IndvWI

Remember Tony Greig once said, there is Tendulkar, then there is daylight then there is the rest. It’s the sane with Kohli now, there is Kohli, then daylight, then the rest. Unreal Consistency #IndvWI

Indian cricket so fortunate to have one batsman every generation since the 70s to have extra ordinary ability and insatiable hunger for runs. Virat is one for this generation.
