The star English centre forward Harry Kane is going to be out of action for at least one month following his ankle injury at the dying minutes of the match against Manchester United. Son Heung Min also left the squad to join his National teammates in the knockout stage of the Asia Cup. At this moment, the injury of Harry Kane might prove to be a big factor for Tottenham Hotspur in the upcoming matches.
The captain of Tottenham Hotspur, Hugo Lloris stated,
“We all know how important Harry is in our team but he is not all of our team,”
“Football is about the team and every player is ready to help the team. In football during the season you have ups and downs and you have to always adapt to those, and we will see about ‘H’.
“It is better when you have all your best players on the field but that can happen here or it can happen at other clubs. With or without him we will see how we do.”
Mauricio Pochettino has given the hint that he will like to play Fernando Llorente and Lucas Moura upfront in the next few matches till Son Heung Min comes back from his International duty.
