Hardik Pandya ‘lends an arm’ to Shreyas Iyer in hilarious social media post

With the South Africa ODI series cancelled and IPL 2020 postponed to 15th April, the Indian cricketers have some idle time to spend. The younger generation of the squad who are known for their wits and jests on social media, are no wonder keeping their fans entertained, as in comes Shreyas Iyer. The young run machine was seen in a social media post flexing a tattooed forearm, which was revealed to be actually of India’s superstar all rounder Hardik Pandya, who ‘lent an arm’ to his teammate for q quick selfie!

Yesterday, Shreyas Iyer posted two photos on his official Instagram. In the second photo, Pandya is seen putting his left arm around Shreyas in a mirror selfie, so it appears as his hand instead. A clip was also included in the post of the two funny teammates putting up the hilarious picture.

The witty joke got the attention of the followers, and even from some teammates who jumped in with their funny remarks.

However, Shreyas himself has been vocal about tackling the virus outbreak, and showed his concern towards the safety of the ppulation amidst the woeful situation.

Following a lengthy gap from international duty, Hardik Pandya was finally set to don the Men in Blue kit again when facing the Proteas. Unfortunately, the 26 year old didn’t get the chance to make it back to the 22 yards again after cancellation of the series.

However, the superstar all rounder is all set to march to the pitch for Mumbai Indians next month, in a new all jacked up avatar, as Pandya has reported gained 7kg of muscles ahead of the blockbuster cricket tournament.
