The 18th match of the third edition of the T10 yielded no result as there was a lack of DLS print-outs. The game was forced to be played with DLS rules after rain intervened the fixture.

As rain interrupted the run chase, the organizers failed to hand out sufficient DLS sheets due to which the teams were forced to share points.

Gladiators, who were chasing 119 for victory were poised at 25-1 in the third over before rain marred the proceedings.

While the rains halted by 9:45 local time, the game was called off after 15 minutes with complete confusion behind the scenes by the organizers.

Here’s the statement provided by the organizers of the league:

“DLS target discussions continued between team management and match officials as both teams took to the field. Supporting documentation was requested, and this was not immediately available before the scheduled 21.59 match cut-off time. The match referee subsequently decided to abandon the match.”
