Real Madrid’s forward Isco was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and underwent surgery for it.
According to the club, the forward has been discharged from the hospital following a successful operation on Tuesday afternoon.
As to when he will return, is still not specified by the club but they said in a statement on Wednesday that he has been discharged and will begin his recovery process under the supervision of Sanitas Real Madrid Medical Services.
The 26-year-old will miss Saturday’s clash with city rivals Atletico Madrid as he is expected to be out for around four weeks and is also a doubt for next month’s El Clasico with Barcelona at the Nou Camp.
The Galacticos will be wishing for a speedy recovery for Isco because he has been a team regular since Julen Lopetegui’s arrival as manager in the summer.
